Job Description
The Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant (L2) is responsible for analyzing, configuring, and resolving complex functional issues across Oracle EBS SCM modules. The consultant works closely with business users and technical teams to deliver solutions, support enhancements, perform impact analysis, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex production support incidents.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend functional solutions.
- Configure Oracle SCM setups and transaction workflows.
- Support Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, Cost Management, and OPM modules.
- Investigate interface, workflow, and integration issues.
- Perform functional testing, SIT, and UAT support.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (MD50/BR100/FS).
- Coordinate with technical consultants for custom developments.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Perform impact analysis for Oracle patches and change requests.
- Support month-end and year-end business activities.
