The Challenge

The Oracle modules, designed to process vast amounts of data with speed and precision, have evolved over several years to meet the growing needs of prominent companies. However, the company faced challenges with the maintenance complexities and limited scalability of their bare metal infrastructure. The process of planning for and adding capacity was time-consuming and incurred additional costs. In order to enhance efficiency, gain better control, reduce expenses, and sustain their competitive edge, the company sought a solution that would offer scalability and flexibility.

What did ACTIN do?

  • The implementation encompassed migrating from an on-premises setup to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • The migration strategy involved categorizing applications and managing them within compartments to maximize security and accessibility.
  • Additionally, disaster recovery was established within OCI in a separate region, leveraging an architecture designed for extreme performance.
